Returns & Exchanges


RETURNS:

  • All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee regardless if the order has shipped or not or the part was the incorrect part ordered. The restocking fee covers the cost of our time to process the refund, handling times and physical restocking labor.
  • Electronic Products MUST be sealed and in their original packaging with the tamper seal intact or in Brand New Un-opened Condition to be accepted for Exchange or Store Credit. This eliminates the possibility the item was initially purchased to swap out for a damaged unit. There will be absolutely no exceptions on the Electrical parts and Electrical Assemblies Policy. 
  • Returns must be approved prior to shipping back to us. Please contact us prior to.
  • Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within 15 days of receiving your Return Approval. 
  • Returned items must be in brand new condition, in original packaging and deemed resellable.
  • Shipping, Handling, and Transaction Fees are Non-Refundable.
  • No Returns, Cancellations, or Refunds are allowed on Special Order Products.
  • Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved we will issue a refund. Approved refunds are typically issued within 3-5 days.

EXCHANGES:

  • Please contact us when inquiring about exchanging an item or part.
  • Exchanges are subject to a second shipping charge and and possibly additional payment if the new item price is higher than existing credit.
